I took the self-defense class yesterday. My muscles are now sore so it was a good workout. I didn’t notice how much of a workout it was though because the techniques and moves and limb movements were the main focuses of the class. That’s a good thing lol. I recommend it

This was my first bjj experience with only boxing training in the past. The instructors and students were very helpful and patient. Facilities were clean and culture seems great (which isn’t always the case at fighting gyms)

I’ll definitely be going back

Great place for new adults (and apparently kids too). I started 6 months ago with no experience. They meet you where you're at and are great teachers.
